From June, 1998 until June, 2007, the number of urban cyclists in San Sebastian happened of realizing 4.519 daily trips to 10.013. It is information of a study that the company Siadeco has realized for Kalapie and for Observatory of the Bicycle. The study concludes that the profile type of the urban cyclist is a 37-year-old male who has top studies and who uses the bike to come to his work. Most of the urban cyclists live in the called flat area of the city.
