DV. 11/23/2008. Placed a "white bike" in Farrier

Kalapi� placed yesterday in the N-1, in Farrier, the first 'white bike' of Gipuzkoa, where a cyclist knocked down between a car died recently. With this act there vindicates itself the right to circulate with the bike of sure form.
