The Mayor of San Sebastian, Odón Elorza, he has told the politics that has developing the Town hall on the subject of bicycles in the course of his conference in the Consortium International university Menéndez Pelayo of Barcelona (Ernest Lluch Centers), inside the Seminar that takes the title of "The Government of the Mobility"
This 8,4 million euros are detached of the following way:


- Annual game for 500.000 euros for progress and interventions.
- Bidegorri of the tunnel of Morlans. 2,7 million euros. It will demand a work of internal adaptation of the tunnels in desuetude, with lights and safety cameras.
- Fluvial park (Loiola up to the Egia bridge) 2 million euros. It is one of the sleep of the city, to be able to tune in peatonalmente and with bidegorri the Loiola quarter with the Center across Banks of Loiola, along the river Urumea.
- Banks of Loiola. 300.000 euros
- Tunnel of Intxaurrondo-Herrera (txaparrene) 900.000 euros

In these moments, has pointed out the Mayor, there is developing the 2nd phase of the Governing Plan of the Bicycle that, with the necessary civil participation, tries to extend the current network of 27 kilometers of rail bike to 55 kilometers in the present term.
