Bizikletaren Udal Plana
2001. urtean Hiri Mugikortasunean Flat Bizikleta Bultzatzeko onartu zuen Donostiako Udalak. Plan honek hirirako bidegorri sare bat ezartzea proposatzen du, eta azpiegituren haratago joanez, bizikletaren erabilpena bultzatzeko helburua duten neurri anitzen multzo bat ere proposatzen du.
Behatokiak sei hilabetean behin Planak zehazten dituen ildoak zein mailatan betetzen diren, eta beste plan eta hirigintza eskuhartzeak aztertzen dituen diagnosiak egiten ditu.
