Municipal plan of the bicycle
In the year 2001 the town hall approved the Plan of Promotion of the Bicycle in the Urban Mobility. A Plan in which a network of cycle routes is proposed for the city, and going beyond the infrastructures, a few measurements directed to promote the use of the bicycle.
The Observatory prepares periodic reports that they evaluate, in addition to the level of fulfillment of the lines marked by the said Plan, other plans and town-planning performances related to the bicycle.
