What is the Observatory?
It is an instrument created across the collaboration between the Town hall of Donostia-San and the Association of Urban Cyclists Kalapie, to facilitate and to improve the conditions of the use of the bicycle in the city. For it the Observatory:
- It manages and canalizes your complaints and suggestions
- It realizes a pursuit of the urban mobility in bicycle
- He looks over the fulfillment of the Plan of the Bicycle of the city
- He suggests new measurements to develop this transport way
In Donostia it is possible to see that every day they are more the persons who use the bicycle to move for the city. Nations of all the ages that use the bike to go to the work, to class, of buys... or simply to walk. In this context the Observatory is formed like a necessary tool to favor the comfortable and sure use of the bicycle.
